Leadership Transitions

 

We support Executives and Leaders in managing their transitions after joining an organization,  having been transferred to a different team within the organization, or promoted and assigned new responsibilities within same team or expanded team.  Additionally, we we work with them to develop a critical 90 days plan to establish the right foundation and rhythm to manage the business unit and team.
