Matt Pederson
Matt is a results driven executive with 30+ years of experience in the chemical, industrial and private business sectors. Twenty (20) years with Bayer Corporation where he held positions in Marketing, Product Management and Sales with both regional and global responsibilities. Matt last served Bayer as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Thermoplastic Polymer business in North America with annual sales of $350MM. Over his career with Bayer he held responsibility for gross profit, sales, marketing, new business development, and sales channel management (including Distribution). Other assignments included global marketing management, executive lead for corporate sales training, and new product and market introduction.
For the last 8 years prior to joining the Talerico Group, Matt has been focused on business consulting with an emphasis on sales training, streamlining of daily operational processes, overall business management, organizational restructuring, and strategic business planning including succession planning and executive coaching.
Matt holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University. Matt is married with two children.
